Industrial white oil

According to the current industry standards, white oil is mainly divided into injection grade white oil, medical-grade white oil, food-grade white oil, cosmetic grade white oil, and industrial white oil.

Injection grade white oil: refined white oil by dewaxing petroleum lubricating oil fraction and hydrogenation to remove harmful polycyclic aromatic compounds and heavy metals.

Injection grade white oil is mainly used for animal vaccine injection. Oil emulsion inactivated vaccine is made by emulsification of white oil as adjuvant and inactivated antigenic liquid. It plays an irreplaceable role in the application of vaccines due to its characteristics of slow absorption, continuous immune stimulation and long immune protection period.

Medical-grade white oil: it is made from petroleum lubricating oil distillate by dewaxing, chemical refining or hydrogenation, and is suitable for the pharmaceutical industry.

It is mainly used as an adhesive for the processing of aperient, tablets and capsules, anti-foamer for penicillin and antibiotics, internal lubricant, ointment, softener, anaesthetic, medical adhesive tape and moisture-proof agent for drug production, etc.

Food grade white oil: food grade white oil is made from petroleum lubricating oil distillate by dewaxing, chemical refining or hydrogenation.

Mainly used in food wrapping paper, sugar production of the defoaming agent; Moistureproof agent for granulating food production, bread baking oil, processing oil for the blender; coated-preservative for fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc; Hot food surface coating; Bread, candy, macaroni, chocolate processing release agent, anti-stick agent; Raisin detergent and food packaging, lubricating oil for beer and beverage processing machinery, bottle cap production stamping oil.

Cosmetic grade white oil: white oil serves as the oily material in basic cosmetics, the oil film is formed on the skin, blocks the evaporation of skin moisture by protective effect, and itself has a smooth feeling. Therefore cosmetic grade white oil is mainly used in the production of skincare, and hair care products, such as hair cream, hair oil, lip oil, skin oil, hand sanitiser, shower gel, sunscreen, toothpaste and so on. The percentage of white oil in other daily general consumption is 2~12%, but in until, hair oil consumption is very high, up to 80%.
